We are Ivan and Judy Berry from Banbridge, a market town about 25 miles south of Belfast, Northern Ireland. We have three children, Marcus, Adam and Neisha. Following many years renting villas in and around Orlando and the Gulf Coast, we took the plunge in the summer of 2001 and bought our own home in Orlando.
	Because of work and school commitments we don't get out to Orlando as often as we would like, so the only thing to do is to share our home with other families who we hope will have the holiday of a lifetime. We spend most of our time around the pool, so there are plenty of pool toys and plenty of room around the pool. The lawn behind can be used for games or sunbathing when the decking is in the shade. Our favourite day out in Florida is to the beach. We love Passe-a-Grille at St. Pete Beach on the Gulf Coast. Sandy beach, warm ocean, picnic lunch, and then in the evening dinner at Hurricanes followed by 4th July fireworks!
	The villa is luxurious, so you can spend time in it very comfortably. As Neisha is still a baby, there is a travel crib/playpen and a high chair available free of charge. The kitchen has everything in it, full size oven, hob and microwave. Should you want to, you can cook at home (and sometimes it makes a nice change to eat in) or you can buy ready cooked at the supermarket (especially their rotisserie chicken), or have a home delivery from some of the local delivery food services. There is also a wide selection of eateries close by.
